Motivation Run (3.25 mi round trip, from Claw)
This run is short and sweet; it is a little longer than three miles, while still allowing you to get a great view and run through a pretty neighborhood. The main part of the run comes off of Stanford Avenue, using Raimundo Way and Peter Coutts Rd. The map below suggests a way to get to Stanford Avenue from the claw. The run's name, Motiviation, comes from the hill (named so only because it is raised a little above the surrounding terrain -- see below) and the view from there, which are supposed to have a motivational impact upon the runner. Running along Stanford Ave is also very nice, as it is a shaded path winding next to a little creek. This road is used for several other runs.

Motivation Hill and an Aspen-like neighborhood.
